So, apparently I haven’t read my own latest post of over a year ago on how to blog. It might have helped.
I did move on January 1, 2010 and moved again a month and a half ago! For the past two years, I have been back in the town I grew up in and I love it. For the past four years or so, I have been knitting non-stop and haven’t had much stitching to show, but since moving into the new place, I have a strong desire to stitch. I dragged out Abigail Brown by The Examplarery but I am not in love with the linen, so I have spent more time looking at it than stitching. I think I’m going to put that one back in the WIP pile and start something else. I did pick up a small piece by Little House Needleworks and have done a little on that, but I want a big sampler that I can use my lovely Gazelle for.
So there’s a little stitching done and a blog post, to boot! I’ll try to post something else tomorrow!

Hi, Sandy!
It’s so nice to see a blog post from you – I hope you’re back to blogging on a semi-regular basis.
You had indicated that you are now living where you grew up – I wasn’t sure where that was, but I recall that when we first “met” online, you were living in Austin, TX, so I wasn’t sure if that is where you are now – if so, I would love to catch up, as I am just down the road (well, 160 miles down the road) in Fort Worth.
I hope the family’s doing well!
Susan! I wish I was in Austin, Texas, I would love to get together with you! I am now in Western Massachusetts, about a mile away from the house I grew up in. It’s lovely being home. : )
Very sweet!!! And it’s nice to see a post from you
.
So glad you’re back to blogging! You were one of the first knitting blogs I had found a few years ago and then you stopped … loved your knitting progress shares. I’ve bookmarked the new blog URL and added it to my blog. Welcome back!
Beautiful stitching!
